Thunderbird Artist Collective is a D.I.Y publishing initiative located on the land of Turtle Island. Through in person meetups and our collaborative zine opportunities, we work to connect artists to a deeper sense of belonging. What began as free arts workshops at the library has grown into a larger narrative. This collective reminds me that we each carry unique stories, and people are often surprised and delighted when given the opportunity to share theirs.
